Computer crashed! HELP! Saturday, November 28, 2009 5:13 PM
Hey!! I am back. One unfortunate event took place. My computer crashed. Everything that I had stored in the computer is completely wiped out. To the songs that I once listened to the photos I took during my NCO camp, all gone. Now I am devastated. So anyone out there who has the photos of taken during NCO camp 2008 can pass it to me. Well, this event brought me back to the fact that when I leave this world (die) I will not bring anything on earth to heaven. Only my soul will live forever. Not just disappear. For those who believe that when one dies they will just disappear, they are the ones who find no meaning in living and most likely the ones who will go mad or commit suicide. Why do I say that? It is because they do not know the purpose of living and to live each day is pure torture. That is why I am not one of those as I know my purpose on Earth and I know a God that gives me the hope and the strength to live each new day. P lus since I know my Lord God and accept him as my personal Savior, dying is just a transition and something that I am looking forward to. Trust me; I am not afraid of dying because I know Jesus Christ. So come down to my church for the Christmas service at 10 am. 25th December 2009. At Living Praise Presbyterian (Kuo Chuan Primary school in bishan)
Well, I got to admit that I am not placing God as my first priority. As I got so caught up by worldly desire—shopping, watching movies…. My comeback was when I watched “Prince Caspian” it is one of the series written by C.S. Lewis in the Narnia series. What caught my attention was the Lion, who plays the most powerful character in the Narnia series. The character of the Lion was very similar to God. So that was what that remaindered me. Anyway, after watching that I went to read the book “Narnia” that has all the whole series. The book cost 40 bucks and this was the first time I actually touch and read the book. As the saying goes, better late then never.
