I do not know what has gotten into me but I literally pulled myself out of bed to join the drills session for the sec 3s and Section leaders. Well, I guess that I was really bored and really need something to kill time. The computer has its thrills but over using of the computer just makes it really boring. I had uploaded a video that I took during the practice. There is some background music, which is not added by me, but it was playing through the PA system.Well, I was pretty impressed with myself that I still could remember the commands and able to project my voice loud enough.
Later, met up with Felicia to eat lunch—subway. The cookie at the subway in Republic Ploy was not as mouthwatering, disappointingly. After the meal, Felicia said that she was pretty full and was afraid that she might sink later in the pool. Meihui and Phyllis joined us later and headed to my house to swim. I got to admit it has been a long time since I swim. After today’s swim, I realized that I really needed to get a NEW swimming costume. Below is a video that I filmed when we were in the sauna. The background sound is actually the sound made when Felicia poured water in area with iron and some rocks, I think it is carbon, which produce steam to heat the whole room.
Really worked out in the pool! Felicia manages to move when she did the breaststroke.The four of us gathered and imitated actions done by significant people and had a ball of time!
Thank God that the weather was great! Sunny, but I got a tanned skin while Meihui got darker.
