da-da-da we ain't gonna live forever

Day 3 of Hong Kong trip: Monday, December 7, 2009 10:07 PM

Like yesterday’s quote, “The best thing one can do when it’s raining is to let it rain”.
So it rained when we approached Disneyland.
Unfortunately, my parents decided to go to Disneyland another time.
I was looking forward to it but good things have to wait.
I will wait.
Since it was raining, the weather in Hong Kong became colder.
So my mother had my youngest sister all dressed up.

Went shopping at the malls, was the backup plan.
Shopping in Hong Kong is gave me a different feeling.
Why?
It is because in Singapore when I window shop, all the prices would be lesser then a hundred. On the other hand, in Hong Kong all the prices are like hundred over. I was pretty shock when I window shopped. Haha. Like there was a sale in a shop and the price was like HK$99, and I was like woah. But after the conversion from HK$ to S$, the price is same as what could be seen in Singapore. So I make it a point to remember that HK$100 is S$20, like this I will not avoid buying items. Yeah, I can be pretty dumb at times.
Oh, I wore my new shoes. Hee hee. Well, the reason was my mom’s sport shoe broke yesterday night, so lend her my since I have another pair of shoes. Yeah! Praise the Lord, for the shoes.

At night went out to the harborfront.

It was really windy and cold. My youngest sister held her hands on her head as she wants to prevent her hair from flying around and making a mess when the wind blows. She looked very adorable when she does that. Haha.
