da-da-da we ain't gonna live forever

Sunday: leading youth fellowship Sunday, March 7, 2010 10:28 PM

After I had posted my previous post, I saw a message from Ian Lim that reads “Tmr you are leading youth fellowship.”
I was like, oh no!
I totally spaced.
How can I forget?
Okay this may prove that I have short-term memory especially the fact that I reminded myself to check the schedule before I started using the comp last night.
Anyway, the fact remains.
Surprisingly, I find myself rather excited as I had planned about a month ago on the songs I wanted to sing.
So thank God.
The only concern I had was whether the musician could handle such a last minute kind of thing, I know I will not be able to play for fellowship at such a short notice.
However, Jeanette and Ian are uber good and professional players.
Thank God for them.

Okay, some may be lost. Youth fellowship is like a youth service in my church. Understand? If not find me. ^^

I could say that the whole worship was kinda of a mess, however there are areas in which I could improve on.
Thankfully youths are a bunch of forgiving people.
The amazing thing is that when I said that they are strongly encouraged to move around and give a warm welcome to the fellow youths, they did move around!
Thank God for that!
However, there was some not so good orientation and no one was singing but me, so awkward.
I could say it was a good effort.
Haha.
Talking about singing, THANK YOU AMANDA for being my backup singer.
Wouldn’t do it without you!

Ian today lead the main service worship today, just want to give a shout out to him that he did a great job and thanks for the reminder!^^
I will be doing leading for the main service someday, soon.
When that day happens, wish me all the best and pray for me.^^

Tomorrow will be a start of another school week.
Another round of PE, again.
By the way, I forgot to mention that my temporary cum mini project group members is a bunch of happening people.
Haha, I remembered saying that I need people who can make me laugh more, well I got that.
Glad to have them.
