Trouble thrusday! Thursday, March 11, 2010 9:53 PM
Today I woke up with my throat being very dry and I croaked. Typical symptoms. I officially declared that I have a sore throat. Frankly speaking, I was rather scared that there would be a replay of what happen a few days before I started JC, 25th Jan to be exact (view the post if you want). Ulcers at the back of my throat, a nightmare that I never want to relive again. To add on this, I had PE, cheerleading, Biology oral, Project work presentation and heats. In my mind, I was like giving up and have no idea how I will be able to survive the day, literally. In the morning, when I report to school, my head started to feel feverish. God is just a prayer away, so pray and prayed for the whole day to quickly end. That did not happen, unfortunately, just yet. The day started with Chinese then PE. We run and run, “deeps”, sprinting and push-ups. Trust me, I was half dead. My arms ached from cheerleading and doing conditioning for pull-ups worsen the pain, I prayed that I would not cause another injury on my arm again. The sprinting was the one that review that I was really sick as I could not run at my maximum speed, felt light-headed only after half the track and felt like puking at the end of only one round. Fortunately, by God’s grace, survived another PE lesson. One down. A few hundreds more to go. Shortly after, it was my PW presentation. I gave my all, and surprisingly, I was able to present in an impromptu speech. Loud enough. Maybe it was the training I had as a drum major. Way to go my group!!!! I have to say, after the PW presentation, I had zero energy left. That was the reason behind screwing up my biology oral. Though some may find the oral for biology such a weird assessment, but I love bio so who cares? The fact is that I totally screw up. I heard from one of my classmate, who did his oral, that the teacher nearly believed all the crap he says, though some of the facts were made-up. I really have to take my hat off him. The heats came right after such a devastating oral. I totally could not run fast, so sorry to the other photogs runner. SORRy!!!! Plus the fact that my team was against JC2 from the sports CCA for the relays, so unfair!!! I will be back next year! Watch out nia! Cheerleading was the last item on the list. Today was the showcase. Thankfully, we managed to pull off with the stunts and the dance. The school, at night, is very scary. Hopefully I do not have to stay for an overnight camp in my school building. So creepy!!!! The day ended on a high with a cheetah cheer. Cheetah got power power~ Michelle got none. Very tried. Praise the lord that my fever went down, and water works like a charm.
